Hi,
i have created a rule, that creates automatically tasks when a ticket gets created with a certain title and information in its description.
Works fine so far
the rule also assignes the group, which should be responsible to solve it. Works also fine so far
the people that should work on that task are assigned the hotliner profile. they see the ticket, they can open it, they can see the task, but they cannot edit it.
they can just turn it into a ticket.
basically what i want is, when i have e.g. a ticket, that comes through forms and someone ticks "windows user" and "email"
it should create 2 tasks:
one goes to the AD-Team for creation of the windows user
one goes to the Exchange team to create the email account
the above mentioned team then can just simply open the task and mark it as finished, when its done... but only the tasks, they are responsible for.
i kind of would love if they dont even see the others task in the ticket, if that is even possible?
regards,
Gerry

There is no distinction with permissions for tasks assigned to a user/group and tasks assigned to others. If a user has permission to read/update tasks, then they can do that for any tasks.
