Same entity in another?

Goodnight all

I'm having a little trouble explaining my request but I'd like to manage my entities like this:

Root entity
Root Entity > Business 1 > Dep 14 > Company 1
etc...

Root Entity > Business 2 > Dep 14 > Company 1
etc...

My entities would be managed by business and by department.
Company 1 is not only in trade 1 but also in trade 2 in the same department.
Except that by doing this, I have to create 2 "company 1" entities and I don't find it super practical.

If you ever have any organizational ideas, I'm all ears.
FYI I have 10 different professions and 12 departments.
