Tickets visibility

Hi there!
Users in my GLPI are in multiple organizations. All of them have the same profile "User".
The problem is in visibility of tickets: if i choose Simplified Interface for this profile, user can see only tickets he created, but not colleague's tickets.
There is no "See all tickets" checkbox for Simplified interface. There is one in Standard interface, however with Standard interface users allow to see categories of tickets and even SLA and OLA time + progress bar. And no option to hide it.
Anybody have any idea how to enable colleague's tickets visibility in Simplified interface?
