Hi,
We're on GLPI 10.0.3. We have a parent entity, and several child entities. The parent entity shouldn't (and doesn't ) contain locations, since each of the child entities have their own set of locations that are unique to them. For example, offices and buildings. The problem is that when an email followup is sent to a ticket in the child entity, it changes the location (Administration > Users > User > Locations) of the sender and then creates a new location in the parent entity that shouldn't be there.
The entities are represented heirarchically:
PARENT > CHILD
For example, user01 has been assigned a location unique to CHILD. The followup is changing the location to PARENT > CHILD, creating a new location in the parent, and making a mess of the location listing in the pulldowns.
Thanks in advance for any advice
