Autocomplete with username

I'm new to GLPI and I would like to know if there is a possibility to bring user information in the description of the opening of the ticket. For example:
In our description we have:

User:
Date:
Sector:
Problem description:

I wanted the username to be automatically filled in with the logged in user and the date to be filled in with the system date. It is possible?
