Hello There,
I do get notifications when a ticket is newly Opened, Switched to new tech, and Closed.
Is there a way to get an updated email when a CUSTOMER or TECH updates the ticket?

Hello rcastillo,
You should be able to receive update emails by selecting "Enable followup" in the Notifications configuration.
You may also need to go to Setup > Notifications > Notifications and activate "Add Followup".

Thank you AdrianE - I managed to see the issue...
Yes, it was on Setup > Notifications > Notifications (Bell Icon) > Add Followup
Active was already YES
...But, I had to ADD the "Recipients" = [Technician in charge of the Ticket]
This is now closed.
