Is it possible to turn off the trash icon?
Hi
I set up a simple interface for the user. When the user logs in and goes to the "Tickets" tab, he sees the trash icon option at the top. Is it possible to turn it off?
He cannot delete the application anyway, so the icon is unnecessary, and unfortunately some people change this option and call that they cannot see their tickets

The user may not be able to delete or restore tickets, but they can still read their own tickets regardless of if they are deleted or not. There is no permission for reading only non-deleted tickets.

It is not needed to change permissions. Just add the ability to hide this interface element. I think that the user does not need this option, since he does not have permission to delete them anyway.
Such a small future request, allowing to make a choice with it
