Target ticket > Actors > Assigned To User with the option of sending an email to yes.
The user does not receive an e-mail that he has been assigned.
He did not receive an e-mail informing about the approval of the application.
He only got an email after I assigned a different person to the ticket.

Email notifications are mostly queued then sent 1 minute later.
Open a new tab to view the email notification queue, then reproduce the problem. Refresh immediately the email queue to see if the notification is listed.
No support with MP - Always run an upgrade task on a testing instance before running it on production! Always backup before any upgrade task!

Yes, I know. This is not a queue problem. Other e-mails appeared in the queue, but not this one. Additionally, I note - an e-mail was received with information about assigning a new person. This happens after the ticket is created. So the queue has already been cleared.

I'm too busy to investigate for now; but if you think the other thread is identical to this one, I'm not sure the problem comes from Formcreator. Could you create a ticket without the plugin and see try to reproduce with it ?

Sorry for taking your time. I tried without FormCreator - same. But I checked Notification and... "New Ticket" had only a watcher and requester added.
