IF statement in notificaion

hi to all i am trying to create a notification for the ticket validation but regardless of the approver response i always get the same output as if the validation was refused (the "storestatus" seems no to be take into account at all)

there is the template the text must be outputted bracketed to allow the receiver to manage the response automatically:

i also tried ESLE without specifying store status in this case the message il always sent out accordingly to the else part.  what am i doing wrong?
