syntax error, unexpected '(' in ....... /glpi/inc/based_config.php on

Hello
I have tried to execute:

bin/console glpi:cache:clear

but console returns this error:

syntax error, unexpected '(' in ....... /glpi/inc/based_config.php on line 150

I'm using GLPI GLPI 9.5.2 ,  and tried over PHP :  7.3.3 and 7.4.3

Any ideas?

Are you sure the CLI version of PHP is 7.3 or 7.4 and not just what is running in Apache?
From the terminal, if you run "php --version" what version does it show?

Also, you should try the latest bug/security fix version of 9.5 which is currently 9.5.9.
There are many bugs that had been fixed since 9.5.2 and there have been several security fixes made as well.
