Unable to access Plugins page

this morning I got a surprised that plugin page got an error

This page isn’t working
comit.pgas is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

is there any bug or something I can trace on it?

I've installed using rpm, I got this
- /var/lib/glpi/files, log
- /var/log/glpi, which file do i have to open?

Solved.
after asking around, my teammate directly delet plugins folder, and I have extract the same version that he deleted.. violah.. its working now
