Assigned to is working for few tickets

Hi all,

I am using GLPI 9, after portal user have raised the ticket, technician(group manager) wants to assign it to some other technician manually.

For few tickets it's working fine, for some it's not working and giving me "you are not allowed to perform this action" error.


Why is it so?

I am not able to find out the root cause of this, since it's working for few tickets.

are you using several entities ? check if you and the tech you want to assign to, have rights on ticket entity

Hi,

Currently working with single entity, and the technician and I, both are on same entity.

Still facing the issue. Is server restart recommended?
