Hello everyone,
We manage two different supports, the first one is Support A, and the second one is Support B.
Each of these services has its own SMTP, from which to send notifications about tickets.
So I created two entities: Support A (with the SMTP configured from the Notifications menu), and Support B.
My problem is the configuration of the SMTP for the entity Support B, I can not indicate the credentials information (server, email address, port and password) from the menu Notification of the entity.
How can GLPI send from a different email address from the Support B entity if it does not have the connection information to the SMTP server?

I would say not possible. The SMTP settings are not tied to an entity. So the only way is to work on the mailservers with relaying or something.
