New Install
I setup a receiver in Office 365. Auth passes. If I create a test folder in Outlook and point the receiver to it and mark an email as new. It will import it and create a ticket. But if I point it to the INBOX it will not import it. I noticed in the pick list INBOX is in all caps where it is not in Outlook. I typed it in Manually with just the Capital O and it still does not work.
Any Suggestions?
