Receiver and configuration in Outlook mail

Good morning Team.

I am trying to configure the mails used in my company because only outlook 365 is managed to GLPI.

We link the LDAP, to the GLPI, Each user can enter the GLPI, but I can not get the mails to send tickets to be created through them. I have tried to configure it as shown in the Hotmail and Gmail guides, but I can't implement it, I get the error An error occurred trying to connect to collector.
cannot change folder, maybe it does not exist.

Please help.
