GLPI 10.0. TelegramBot

Good afternoon everyone!

I have GLPI version 10.0.2 installed on the server, I'm also having problems using the telegrambot, what happens in my case is that it only returns "Execution Error" nothing more, I also saw in pgadmin that it doesn't create the user in the table, and even creating manually, it didn't work either.

Any opinions or tips?
