How to create ticket from Email Automatically
Team,
I am able to find the setting to setup email in Receiver but ticket is not getting created automatically unless i manually trigger it.
"Get Email Ticket Now" under Action tab of Receiver menu.
Please help how the ticket can be automatically created if i drop an email to Support@domain.com email address.

you can make it run on ots own using setup>automatic action>mailgate
