translation cache issue
Hello,
I did some modifications in translation file and i did "Convert .po to .mo" (website). As far i understand i have to edit the po, upload to make a good mo and download both.
Sadly i don't see the change. I think i need to clear the cache translation of my GLPI 10.02 (my host is at the OVH provider).
How can i do it ? Is it vie debug mode ? Or any other way ?
Last question : without doing anything , how mych time after a change i will see it ?

For me? 2 seconds 
It doesn't take time, you just have to get it right.
Maybe you translated in the wrong place. I don't know exactly what operations you did.
To refresh the changes, I just switch to another language and go back to mine. It takes me 2 seconds as I mentioned.

I use gpli 10 (ovh host), i dont see anywhere a cache about that
. What is the tool official supported to do the translation ? Any link please ?
PS: I can't do cmd line, its a web host

No it's only FTP and the glpi admin pannel
Can you tell me what is the official tool to make mo => po ?

The tool you can use to compile the "po" files to "mo" is gettext.
GLPI Collaborator and Plugin Developer.
My non-English comments are automated translations. Sorry for any confusion that causes.
