copy the first follow up in all update mail notification

Hello to all i am working to interface GLPI with one of our supplier that uses Jira using mail. In order to avoid duplicetres i need to add the Jira ticket ID to all the mails . The id is provided in an automated reply from the other system.

Is it possible to add the first followup (or even better just the part that contains the other system id)  to a custom notification template?

i found the solution to be ##FOREACHFIRSTfollowups## ##followup.description## ##ENDFOREACHfollowups##.

Would it be possible to copy only part of the text?
