400 Bad Request

I am receiving the message 400 Bad Request when trying to access the toolbox in GLPI v10.  I have the server loaded on Ubuntu 22.04/apache2/mysql/php8.1.  I have also tried a clean install on a Virtualbox.  Same result.  Any help would be appreciated.
