After deleting the applications, the attached file is not deleted.

GLPI 10.0.2 v.
Debian 10.
When I delete a closed application completely from the trash, the attached file still remains on the server at the path /var/www/html/glpi/files/ .

Documents are not cleaned as they may be used by another item or they may be wanted to be preserved to reuse later.
If you never want to keep Documents without a reference to another item, there is a cleanOrphans automatic action for Documents that can be enabled.
Otherwise, you can manually search for Documents with no associated items "Characteristics - Number of Associated Items IS 0", and then delete them via the massive actions.
