Automatic Tickets

Hi dears.

I have configured GLPI (v. 10.0.2) on a Windows machine, however I have difficulties in having tickets open automatically.

I have already created a 'Receiver', but I have difficulties to configure others things shuch as "automatic actions and rules for receiving tickets".

Can you please help me because I've been trying to solve this situation for a month.

Just a heads up, install Linux instead, using this OS is much more easier then windows when running GLPI.

-Tried with Windows, big NO NO..
