On request or incident ticket, how to change the automatic assignment group when changing the technician?
Example :
Toto ins in System group
Titi is in Network group
On ticket we change toto technician by titi technician
automatically change the group too
How to ?

plugin BEHAVIOURS has a setting that adds technician groups on ticket update .
