Problem when creating new cases bring two applicant users
Good day
recently I have a problem with the glpi that when a user, either by mail or by the platform, they create a new case assigned to the requesting user and another totally random user, please help

Do you have any plugins installed and enabled?
I would also suggest checking your Ticket rules (Administration > Rules > Business rule for Tickets)
