Hello,
I have a small problem with my GLPI support, last week someone came to me and told me that they can't see the follow up messages. I tried to make a ticket in self-service and i responded in the super admin account, for some reason i dont know when i go in the Self-Service account i can't see the response i gave to the ticket.
The person get's an email when i give the response but still they can't see it on the GLPI, i checked for permissions and i think it all right.
Can someone help me with this problem, i been responding to tickets for the last month and had no clue i had this problem and i would like to fix it as soon as possible.

Are you on the latest bug fix version of GLPI 10? We are up to 10.0.2 currently and a lot of bugs were fixed since the initial release.

I found the solution.
In the profile of Self-Service it is necessary to enable the options in Followups:
SEE PUBLIC ONES - (enable to see messages)
ADD FOLLOWUP (REQUESTER) - (enable requester reply to messages)
ADD FOLLOWUP (WATCHER) - (enable watcher reply to messages)
