Service catalog

Hi there,
I'm new using glpi and I wanted to ask if there is a way to implement a service catalog to which my users can head to in order to place service requests.

From what Ive seen so far there is absolutely no difference between opening an incident and a service request.

This is very problematic since Service requests require specific information that users are not providing in first hand and creates a lot of confusion, delays..

I need a way so that if the user selects request then the opening form will show the available things he can ask for, as well as instructions, so that we make sure that they provide us with the necessary stuff to fulfill the request.
