Close automatic calls simplified interface

Good evening, I have an environment in production where I use glpi for my users in the simplified profile, and today that serves us very well, the only problem that I activate in the entity to close automatically the call after a solution, not in the simplified interface that does not work, I already made several procedures and until now I did not find the problem
glpi 9.5

(NOTE ) when I open the call myself in the simplified interface when I go into the call and do the solution it closes automatically as configured.
