Good evening! How are you?
Today I went to generate a report on the global calls from the previous month and I came across incorrect information.
I am informed that there are 216 late calls and only 2 that were closed correctly.
But when I go to the tickets tab and filter by the closed ones of the same period, only 2 are late and the rest are closed correctly.
From what I understand the closed and late information are reversed, is anyone in the same situation?
