Can't add items to dropdown menus in GLPI
Hey guys. I need some help. For some reason whenever I try to update a field in the GLPI GUI, (for example- I want to add a new item in the "category" dropdown menu of "create a ticket") I get the error "humahelpdesk refused to connect". Humahelpdesk is the name of the GLPI server. This happens when I try to add an item to any dropdown menu. Can someone please help me or point me in the right direction to troubleshoot this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm using GLPI 10.0.1.

Can you check that the server URL in Setup > General > General setup is correct?

Thanks for the response cconard96.
I figured it out. I had to edit /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/ssl-params.conf and replace the 'Header always set X-Frame-Options DENY' with 'Header always append X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN' then restart Apache.
