Upgrade to 10 - DB version issue

Trying to upgrade my Ubuntu Server to GLPI 10 from 9.5.2

DB connection is succesful duirng the upgrade process but then I get this error

GLPI SETUP

Upgrade
Current GLPI version not found for database named "glpi". Update cannot be done.
