Hello,
Actualy we use Osticket and we also used Zendesk. With this two solutions, when you reply to a ticket, it is directly assigned to you.
It is possible to do the same thing on GLPI ?

This is not possible in GLPI itself currently, but it can be done with the "Behaviors" plugin's "Technician assignment when adding follow up" option.
