Missing save button on new software screen

I‘m using super admin profile, with all permissions enabled.
When creating a new software, I can use the 'Add' button to enter 'New item - Software' screen. But I can't see the ’Save‘ or ’Cancel‘ or ’Trash‘ button on this screen.

I have the agent enabled and have some software imported from agent, not sure if it's relevant.

GLPI version: 10.0.1
Broswer: Chrome  96.0.4664.110 & Edge 102.0.1245.44
Account：Built-in GLPI account and domain account with Super-Admin profile

There has been almost 400 patches between GLPI 10.0.1 and 10.0.3. You should try updating to the latest fix version.
