Windows?
I dodn't try but in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\{...}\ \v NameServer
In GLPI Inventory there is (if I remember correctly) a job to read data from the register.

As far I remember, dns configuration is not inventoried and no field is reserved for in GLPI. I'm not sure this is a good idea as DNS setting is dynamic and can change while using a VPN for example.
Anyway you should probably use the Collect task for doing so. This task permits to collect data from registry. You will need GlpiInventory plugin to create such task.
