[SOLVED] - GLPI 10.0.0 - New Ticket Email to non-assigned Technicians

Hello There,

How do all non-assigned Technicians get announced of a new Ticket coming into play from a customer?

I want everyone to know there is a new Ticket in queue.

Hello,

Setup > Notifications > Notifications.
Search for the New Ticket notification.
Verify it is active and then check the Recipients tab to ensure everyone that should get that notification is included.
If all your technicians share the same profile(s), you can add those profiles as recipients.

Do we need to create Additional "New ticket notifications" per department ?
As I understand this now , I have a profile for technicians for department A . If I added this profile to the new ticket notification ,
are they going to receive notifications from all entities ( different sub-ticketing flows ) or only from Department A that they belong?
