Hi,
Is it possible to create tasks in a ticket dynamically based on the options selected in a form?
For example a form with the options (checkbox):
- Has a tutor: (Yes/No)
- Is it free: Yes/No
If you indicated Yes in the "Has a tutor" option , create task X assigned to Group V is created.
If you indicated Yes in the "It's free" option, create task Y assigned to group Z is created.
Greetings.

The Form Creator plugin would let you make a form to ask those questions and create a ticket from it. However, from what I see, it does not support conditionally adding tasks that would be for different technicians.

Hi,
I have been able to do it by creating task templates and with business rules. Through the business rules created, depending on the content of the Description field, one or more tasks are added to the ticket. The problem is that I don't see the option to add task templates through business rules in version 9.5.7 but only in v 10. We haven't migrated to v10 yet because we are waiting for the Formcreator Plugin to release one. stable version for v10.
Thank you
