task scheduler / mailgate down

Hi,
I have glpi 9.5.5.
for a few days now, the task that imports email crashes every hour. But if i run the import manually, it'll work. On the mailgate, when it crashes, it shows the task as running.
I found this command that seems to be showing a problem :

/var/www/html/glpi/bin# php -cli console glpi:system:status -vvv

GLPI_DB_OK
GLPI_SESSION_DIR_OK
Check LDAP servers: DOMAIN_OK
Check IMAP servers: Création mail to ticket_OK
No CAS server

Check crontasks: taskscheduler_PROBLEM

GLPI_PROBLEM

Time elapsed: < 1 sec.
Memory usage: 20.0 MiB.

So the taskscheduler seems to be having a problem, but which one ? where can i get more info about the actual problem ?

any suggestions appreciated
