Simplified Interface not list

Hello,

I have GLPI version 9.5.67.

I downloaded the stable version of GLPI 10 and upgraded.

I had a problem with puglins and I needed to remove it first and an entity was not defined with the root and did not migrate.

I removed the puglins, adjusted the entity and ready all the data apparently migrated.

But when I went to test the simplified user interface for opening a ticket, nothing appears.

I read that there is a bug and that a possible fix is to change some information in the extension file, but it still has other problems.

Am I sure it's not time to update yet?

A ton of bugs related to the simplified interface were fixed since the 10.0.0 release and will be coming with the 10.0.1 version (hopefully in the next few days).

If you have a testing environment, you can grab the latest nightly 10.0 release to check it out before the official release.

Note, that you will want the version labelled 10.0 and not main. The main version is the work in progress for the next minor version (10.1.0) which will not be released for a while and is not considered stable.
