LDAP Authentication not working when Enabling TLS field

Hi guys!

I am having an issue when configuring LDAP authentication and I would like to seek some help.

I have AD Authentication configured but whenever I enable TLS, I can't communicate. The thing is, if I don't have TLS enabled, all the passwords travel in plain text, which is a major security issue...

Any ideas on how I could get this working?
