Recipient in Notification

I have the following situation
I'm configuring a Notification, but when choosing the Destination, it's not saving. I choose and at the time of UPDATE, it goes back to being without any
But in other notifications it is setting the destination. Even clone a rule to do a test and this happens

Does anyone have an idea what it could be? Glpi 9.5.7
