I have a question, if I have several users I want to put in the priority category, how do I create them?
as an example;
User A = high priority
User B = high priority
User C = medium priority
User D = low priority
User E = very high priority
how to automate if User A creates a ticket then the ticket immediately turns into a high priority?
Next, is there another way to create a formula for creating an SLA? maybe from colleagues have please help enlightenment.
