FusionInventory error in menu Rules

Hi
I have GLPI 9.5.7 + FusionInventory 9.5+3.0. When I choose "Administration - Rules" I get following error in the line with link "FusionInventory - Equipment import and link rules"

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in C:\xampp\htdocs\helpdesk\plugins\fusioninventory\inc\inventoryruleimportcollection.class.php on line 187

Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in C:\xampp\htdocs\helpdesk\plugins\fusioninventory\inc\inventoryruleimportcollection.class.php on line 187

How can I fix this error?

I found solution - this error disappears after update FusionInventory to 9.5+4.0

But after update to 9.5+4.0 I've got a new error - in menu Locks in Computer:

Warning: gzuncompress(): data error in C:\xampp\htdocs\helpdesk\plugins\fusioninventory\inc\lock.class.php on line 824

Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in C:\xampp\htdocs\helpdesk\plugins\fusioninventory\inc\lock.class.php on line 825

and all values of last inventory disappeared
