Microsoft Active Directory Authentication
I just installed this product, install was very easy and I was done in like 5 min. Then I configured AD Authentication.
- I went to users
- Typed in my AD username
- Was able to import it and saw all the fields were filled up
- I was able to log in as myself using my AD credentials too
- Next I tried one of my co workers it said user imported but none of the information followed and he was not able to log in
- So for testing I deleted myself, purged myself and tried to re import myself and same issue now even that is not working
Any one else got the AD authentication working ?

hello,
The user is in the trash. Purge it and you'll be able to import it again

I did remove myself and others from the trash also and purged them of course as mentioned above. Perhaps its an issue with the nested groups that I read in one post?

I was wondering, did you solved your problem? Here, I installed several GLPI with different version that against to AD with no problem, and now my project is to installed for wider use, and have no problem with AD
GLPI 10.0.10
Installation mode: zip on OREL9
