Hi there
My company has GLPI 9.4.4 version in place and I got challenge to take a look on SLA rules.
The product owner needs to change all SLA historical records on incidents since the beginning of the implementation to fit business strategic,however, I'm not sure if we can do that directly by application. Maybe, I need to manipulate the info in database, I don't know if this is best practice.
Does anyone could help me about it?
