Hi,
I have a problem with GLPI 9.5.5 as below:
- requester submitted a ticket via web portal > he received a email notification -> ok.
- After that, any action for update in ticket by technician > the recipients: watcher, requester, technician do not receive any notification via email.
- And then, i access to mail server, i see 23 emails stay in inbox folder.
>> Go to Setup > Receivers > Click "Get email tickets now" in Action tab of receivers name.
+ First to get email > notification: Number of messages: available=23, already imported=0, retrieved=10, refused=0, errors=0, blacklisted=10
+ Second to get email > notification: Number of messages: available=13, already imported=0, retrieved=10, refused=0, errors=0, blacklisted=10
+ Third to get email > notification: Number of messages: available=3, already imported=0, retrieved=3, refused=0, errors=0, blacklisted=3
Please help me to fix this issue for recipients able to receive notification via email once ticket is updated.

1. Setup > Receiver >
- Mail server ( xxxsupport@abc.com)
- Active: Yes.
2. Setup > Notifications:
- Enable followup: Yes
- Enable followups via email: Yes.
- Enable followups from browser: Yes.
3. Setup > Notifications > Notifications > Update ticket
- Active; Yes | Allow respons: Yes
- Recipients: Administrator, Former technician in charge of the ticket, Requester, Technician in charge of the ticket, Watcher.
4. Setup > Automatic Notifications > queuednotification > Automatic action tab:
- Run frequency: 1 mininutes
- Run mode: CLI
- Run peror: 0-24
- Number of days this action logs are stored: 30
- Maximum emails to send at once : 50

Number of messages: available=573, already imported=10, received=0, refused=0, errors=0, blacklisted=0
email not created the ticket.
i got this issue since this month and previously work well.
Hope anybody can help for this issue
