User acknowledgement of assets issued to them?

Hi everyone,

I'm just getting started exploring GLPI and seeing if this is something that would work for our organization. One part I haven't been able to see how to do is if its at all possible to have users acknowledge when they have been assigned an asset

I found this post from many years ago post ID 33939 that asked something similar, and I am able to see what assets are assigned to a user. But I was wondering if there is a way, other than printing out the list for the user to sign a physically.

Something like (user is changed on asset) --> (new user is sent a notification for them to confirm reception) --> (user clicks link in notification and signs in to confirm reception)

I tried seeing if there were any plugins that would do something like this, but didn't see anything. I was wondering if anyone else was able to get something like this working
