ticket created get assigned automatically to the user that created it

Guys ,
When I try to add a ticket using api like this :
{"input":{"name":"xx","content":"xx"}}

it works fine and the ticket is added but it gets assigned to the user that created it automatically.
But I need it to stay empty if I don't set it myself.
How should I achieve this pls guys!!
Appreciate anyhelp.

check user preferences> personalization(TAB)>Pre-select me as a technician when creating a ticket=No
