Guys I'm working on a mobile android app where I want to add notification when a ticket is added I was thinking to keep sending api request every 5 seconds ~ to get the list of tickets and keep comparing if to last one if there is a difference I notify the user But I'm not sure if it's the best way to make it. If anyone has a better way or can help me I really appreciate because I need this so much TY. I hope I'm clear about what I'm trying to achieve, feel free to ask if you want more informations.
