I'm having trouble creating tickets with the self-service user.
happens when I try to create a ticket, during the creation process the ticket is not completed and a white screen appears.
I re-installed the software on a new virtual server twice but I always find the same problem.
when creating the ticket with self-admin I see the following error message in the file / var / log / httpd / error_log

I cannot understand the reason even if apparently the creation of the ticket with the super-admin profile happens correctly
it remains for me to try an older version of the software for example 9.6.4 to check for this problem, but it would be very convenient for me to solve with the current version.

I confirm that using the GLPI version 9.5.4 I do not find any problems.
unfortunately the version of GLPI 9.5.6 has blocking problems in the creation of tickets in self-service mode.
tickets cannot be viewed and canceled with a Super-admin profile.
I had to fall back with the production of a version of the GLPI software 9.5.4 which in my opinion is more stable.
