Hi.
Below is a view from the installation tab of some software:
Versions Item type Name Serial number Inventory number
4.65 Computer COMP01 432X3H SHW-000011211
4.67 Computer COMP02 477DP0 SHW-000014211
4.68 Computer COMP03 177DJZ SHW-000014254
4.68 Computer COMP01 432X3H SHW-000011211
4.69 Computer COMP02 477DP0 SHW-000014211
As you can see, I have more than one version on one computer. What to do to get more reliable results? I expect such a result:
4.68 Computer COMP03 177DJZ SHW-000014254
4.68 Computer COMP01 432X3H SHW-000011211
4.69 Computer COMP02 477DP0 SHW-000014211
So it only shows me the latest version. From the 'add/remove programs' I see only one version. Several people are logging in to this computer, so probably those other versions are in different profiles.

Hi,
is the related software installed with UWP/Microsoft Store package ? If yes, you're right many versions can be installed on the same computer. In that case, the inventory is correct and even reliable. This can even tell you the computer may have a software installed with obsolete versions. This is not the purpose of the agent to lie on what is installed on a computer.
If this is not a UWP package. This may be a bug.

No it is not from Microsoft Store. But maybe the software developer used something that has to do with UWP?
I'm guessing for apps like CapturePicker, AsyncTextService, Microsoft Edge, it is normal - did you mean it?
