GLPI-Mysql Error

Hi,
I'm in the process of installing GLPI on centos 7
after the installation, when I try to access GLPI web console it gives a mysql error mentioned below. can someone kindly advice me on this.

"A link to the SQL server could not be established. Please check your configuration.

Le serveur Mysql est inaccessible. Vérifiez votre configuration

GLPI Copyright (C) 2015-2019 Teclib' and contributors"

Database is in the same server as GLPI?
Version of GLPI you try to install?
